I welcome you to the website of the Municipality of Chalki, which has been created and operates with the sole purpose of providing timely and reliable information to the residents and visitors of our island. Our aim, as a Municipal Authority, is to come even closer to you by facilitating communication and improving the services we provide.
Our website is updated promptly with information and news on current issues concerning the Municipality of Chalki, always with the citizen in mind. We aspire for this platform to serve as a channel of transparency for our decisions and actions, promoting e-government and contributing to the creation of a modern, digital Municipality in which citizens can participate, make proposals and intervene creatively.
Knowledge, collectivity, participation, love and awareness of our island are the core principles upon which our communication with you is based.
The Municipality of Chalki must remain as close as possible to its citizens, who in turn should feel informed and empowered, with the opportunity to contribute to improving their quality of life, enhancing the natural environment, promoting Chalki’s role in Greece and internationally, building a more inclusive society, strengthening volunteerism, and fostering culture and sport.
