Chalki is approximately two hours away from the central port of Rhodes. Passenger ferries serve the island several times a week, with reduced frequency during the winter months.
Chalki is also connected by passenger ferry services departing from the port of Piraeus, operating an island route that calls at various Aegean islands, such as Karpathos, Kasos and Crete. The journey from the port of Piraeus to Chalki takes approximately 24 hours.

By Day Boats from Kamiros Skala (Rhodes)
During the summer season, Chalki can also be reached by day boats departing from Kamiros Skala, a small port located on the western coast of Rhodes, approximately 35 km from Rhodes Airport. The crossing from Kamiros Skala to Chalki takes around 40 minutes. Departures operate on a daily basis, with additional services during periods of increased demand.
